HENRY WALLPAPER
It’s all about Henry, the hand-painted wallpaper by Tom Henry and Audrey Gair.
Each sheet is painted by hand on thin Chinese paper and applied to the wall one piece at a time. No two installations are quite the same. I love that the process leaves room for chance and things that don't quite behave like themselves. Endlessly inspired by this and can’t wait to incorporate in a future project.

WARREN ZEVON, WARREN ZEVON
I’ve been listening to the 1976 self-titled record again.
Mohammed’s Radio in particular. “Everybody's restless and they got no place to go”
There is something wonderfully strange about that song. It feels restless and loose and completely of its own world. I like music that doesn't seem too interested in behaving itself. It makes me want to work that way too. The wrong thing that becomes the right thing. The note that wasn't supposed to be there, the client that surprised me in a good way, the home I”ve always had being ready for me to come back.

THE KENT MUSEUM CALAIS, VERMONT
I went on my yearly pilgrimage with my mom and daughter to the Kent Museum in Calais the other day and found myself lingering. It was a rainy day so the weather kept everyone in the restored space instead of outside in the lawn, so we all were quiter then the usual energy of the spaces. There is something about old things that I love because they have had time to become themselves. The tension of the well loved space and the contemporary Vermont artists feels right and familiar.
